Sensational Saturday
Today is quite a quiet Monday for me since some of my lecturers had had other important duties to carry out thus forcing them to cancel the class. I’m not sure about Dr. Edwin but for Dr. Jaya, I think he’s still somewhere in China for he had to conduct workshops, most probably regarding the literature for academic purposes. That means, we’re not going to have any discussion regarding our project paper with him.
On last Saturday, the whole class spends nearly 5 hours with Dr. Edwin in presenting our position paper, one by one. Each person took merely 10 minutes to complete and we have nearly 50 students waiting in eager for their turn to present. It was a very long day, from morning until evening. Although we were very enthusiastic in the morning session but around 1 pm, everybody looks more or less “half-dead”. Well, Fazleen managed to inject some “life” during her presentation, as usual. I strongly believe that everybody seems to look forward for her presentation, since we knew something special going to happens every time she holds the microphone.
Anyway, although we don’t have any class with Dr. Edwin today, I still need to look for a letter from the internet that we will be using in the next class. Same as the autobiography that we did in the previous class, this letter has to be the kind of letter that can be transformed into materials that can be used to teach students in classrooms. Hopefully, I can come out with something better this time around.
